Project: 7700 North Palm

As the latest addition to the Palm Bluffs Business District, this two-story steel framed office building utilizes Special Moment Resisting Frames for lateral stability. Particular attention was given to exterior framing design to allow for drift joints at each level to mitigate damage of exterior building envelope in a design level seismic event. With its modern design and appealing style, this building has garnered much attention and appreciation from the local business community.
